“I’ve always been a pretty active person. I grew up playing sports and taking weight training classes. In college, I was less active, which took its toll. I knew I needed to make a sustainable change, and things in the past that had worked weren’t necessarily long term. What is your favorite part of the program?
” The flexibility this program allows is my favorite part. I don’t have to cut out my favorite foods or kill myself in a gym. I’m still eating my favorite foods while incorporating healthier choices. “
What are you most proud of at the end of this 6 week program?
” I’m most proud of the changes I’ve made. I went from 2-3 sodas a day to none at all. I’ve also incorporated more healthy foods without limiting myself to a treat every now and then. I’m also proud that I’ve sparked an interest in healthy living within my family. “
