“In 2017 I was pregnant with my first baby. The year before I got pregnant, I gained about 15 pounds.
While I was pregnant, I gained EIGHTY THREE pounds. Yes. Not a lie.
I was very swollen so right after I had my baby I lost a lot of the weight but kept about 25 pounds of the pregnancy weight in addition to the 15 pounds I gained the year before pregnancy.
Nothing I was doing was working and I couldn’t stick to eating cucumbers and carrots long term. Quincy and I had our babies 3 days apart. She was in her first round of FASTer Way To Fat Loss, not only could I see the results but she was loving it. She was so encouraging and said it wasn’t hard and it was a program that would work with my busy schedule. After talking with Quincy I decided to join the next round.
In my first two weeks of FWTFL I lost 8 pounds — And 20 total! I have lost 16.75 inches!! And I did it eating foods I enjoyed eating and not by starving myself. I didn’t do any of the workouts my first round and totally focused on nutrition. I am not one to just “promote” something but this is seriously the best thing I’ve ever done. I am SO thankful for this program, Quincy’s encouragement and I can not wait to start another round. “
