Due to popular demand…here is the beef + sweet potato rundown. This dynamic combo basically has a cult following.
I don’t know what makes it so delcious, but the combo is unmatched. AND you can build on it. The beef and sweet potatoes can stand alone but also serve as a foundation to build on top of. Add some eggs, jalapenos, banana peppers, tomatoes, avocado….the list goes on and on.
Guys, seriously, I’m almost embarrassed to call this a recipe. To me a recipe has at least 5 ingredients, a lot of instructions and at least one step that you are bound to screw up. This is so not that. It’s simple.
Step 1: Cook up a lean ground meat of your choice. Beef or Turkey.
Step 2: Chop up 2-3 sweet potatoes. I personally like mine cubed.
Add Salt to taste
Put cubed sweet potatoes on a sheet pan.
Bake in the oven at 425 for about 30-35 mins.
Then combine the two. I put them in a bowl…I just like eating out of a bowl.
I top it with some Tony Chacheres and enjoy!
