I was very hesitant joining the FWTFL because I was scared to be disappointed if I didn’t get the results I wanted. I am so glad I did. I am now down 10 lbs & 13 in. What are you most proud of at the end of this 6 week program?
I am most proud of how easy it was for me to adapt to eating the right foods. Even when I go to restaurants, I have the knowledge now of the right foods to eat at the right times in order to remain on track & be successful.
