HIM: “I know! Can you believe it!!!??? I’ve run 3 marathons 4 half marathons dozens of other races. Hours on a bike!! My body has never looked like this before. “

“For years I have been extremely active with both running and biking. Fortunately, my weight has never been a problem(at least since college). In fact, when people found out I signed up, they questioned why I would do it or needed to do it.
However, I never seemed to be able to out work my bad diet. I have never been very conscious of the choices I make when it came to the foods I ate. I didn’t eat terrible, but I love sweets and would eat them ANYTIME I wanted them. In fact, it was the last thing I did most nights before bed.
For me, I wanted to prove to myself that making better choices accompanied with my existing active lifestyle would provide results. I was blown away to see my body transform over 6 weeks. Week after week, meal after meal and workout after workout I could see results. I was tempted so many times to take my measurements early, but resisted.
